Established in 2004 our club's mission is to explain and promote Men's Artistic Aerobics. Based in South Dublin, we cater representing boys at all levels from 5 existence of age upwards.  The club has all six pieces of men's artistic apparatus along with a number of training aids such as a rotund sized trampoline, mushrooms and various mini-apparatus.
